Support the Central Staffordshire Conservative Federation
Every member already supports the Conservative Party through their annual subscription — a contribution shared between the National Party and our Federation that helps sustain the Party's structure. We are grateful for that.
However, membership income alone cannot cover the full cost of local political campaigning or the upkeep of our headquarters. Activities such as leaflets, voter contact, volunteer support, and property maintenance must be funded separately through voluntary local donations.
The Federation exists for one overriding purpose: to support Conservative political activity and win elections in our constituencies. To do this effectively, we must ensure that both our campaigning and our organisational base are properly resourced.
We therefore offer the following options so that supporters can choose how they wish to help.
Support Local Political Campaigning
If you wish to fund our core political objectives directly, you may donate to the CSCF Campaign Fund.
Donations to the Campaign Fund support:
- Leaflets and printed materials
- Digital campaigning and voter communication
- Volunteer coordination and training
- Local campaign infrastructure
You may choose to support campaigning across the Federation as a whole, or direct your donation specifically to one constituency — the Stafford Campaign Fund, or the Stone, Great Wyrley & Penkridge Campaign Fund.
Both one-off donations and regular monthly contributions are welcome. Regular support allows local campaign teams to plan activity with confidence.
Support the Federation's Organisation & Headquarters
Successful campaigning depends on a strong and stable organisation. Our headquarters is the operational base for meetings, administration, fundraising events, campaign coordination and storage.
Maintaining our building protects the Federation from rising venue costs and enables us to direct a greater proportion of our funds towards political activity.
You may choose to support our Administration & Daily Running Costs (utilities, insurance, compliance, communications, and core operational expenses) or our Building & Renovation Fund (maintenance, improvements, and the long-term preservation of our headquarters).
Both one-off donations and regular monthly contributions are available.
How to Donate
To make a designated donation to any of our funds, please complete our short donation form. You will be asked to confirm your details, select your preferred fund, and make your declaration as a permissible donor under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA). You will then be directed to our secure payment page to complete your donation.
All donations are processed securely. Your details are required by law for Electoral Commission compliance purposes.
Regular Monthly Donations
If you would like to make a regular monthly donation, please complete the form above and select "Regular monthly donation" when prompted. We will then contact you personally to arrange your recurring payment by standing order or Direct Debit at a time convenient to you.
We are working to introduce fully automated monthly giving online and will update this page when that facility becomes available.
Regular or One-Off Support
For each of the funds above, you may choose:
- A one-off donation
- A monthly contribution (see above)
- A larger annual gift
All support is entirely voluntary and greatly appreciated.
Regular monthly donations, even at modest levels, make a significant difference to our ability to plan ahead and sustain activity between elections.
Larger Gifts & Personal Discussions
If you are considering a larger contribution, or would prefer to discuss your support personally, please contact the Chairman directly. We would be very happy to speak with you in confidence about how your support can best be directed.
Legacy & Future Support
After family and friends, some supporters choose to remember the Federation in their Will, or make provision for future support. This is always handled sensitively and privately.
